Events are an additional method advertisers have to generate interest in their jobs with the Talroo marketplace.
Instead of advertising jobs, Events advertise hiring Events that job seekers can attend with the intention of starting, and even completing, the hiring process. Events can be in-person or online and are a great way to generate job-seeker interest in your company.
Events utilize a Cost Per RSVP performance model, so you only pay when a candidate RSVPs to your Event. Events also come with various features, like reminder messages, automatic max RSVP volume optimization, time slot RSVPing, and time slot limiting.
It is important to note that Events also utilize Job Campaign objects and the Job Campaigns endpoints. However, there are additional fields that only apply to Events.
