Talroo Apply

The Talroo Apply system allows you to create Talroo Apply campaigns and host applications on Talroo's flagship job board site, Jobs2Careers.com. With the Talroo Apply system you have full flexibility in the type of application Talroo hosts.

Since you control what additional application questions applicants answer, you can ensure the application experience fits in perfectly with your recruiting process. Additionally, you can make use of Qualifying Questions to help ensure only qualified applicants are counted for optimization purposes. Combined with Talroo's Target CPA system, the Talroo Apply system can help unlock all of the value Talroo has to offer.

Integration Steps

You will need to complete the following steps before going live with the Talroo Apply system:

  1. Work with Talroo to complete evaluation and sign necessary Partner Agreements
  2. Create an XML Job Feed with required Talroo Apply nodes
  3. Create Application Questions
  4. Create system to receive Applications from Talroo
  5. Create Talroo Apply Campaigns
  6. Work with Talroo to test integration
  7. Launch integration
