Pixel Tracking
We also support conversion tracking with what is known as a tracking pixel. A tracking pixel is a 1x1 image tag that is placed on your "thank you for applying" page, or any page that renders once the event we want to track occurs. When a job seeker reaches this page, the pixel lets our system know that an application has been submitted. The pixel accomplishes this by sending the job seeker's IP address to Talroo's system where we then attempt to match the conversion to a click. The pixel does not collect any other information on job seeker's other than IP address.
Conversion tracking is essential for identifying the best-converting sources for your jobs.
Implementation
To add a tracking pixel to a page, you simply add the img tag anywhere on your page that will render on page load. An example of what this img tag looks like can be seen below:

Your campaign receives clicks from our websites, emails and from our network. Pixel firing should not be limited to traffic referred from the Jobs2Careers domain.
