How to Apply
We accept publishers who send real U.S. job-seeker traffic that converts. Same process whether you use the API, XML, a widget, or an affiliate link.
4 Steps
1. Submit the Application Form
Start at talroo.com/publish and tell us about your site, audience, and traffic sources. The form takes a few minutes.
tip
Have traffic numbers, top referral sources, and example landing pages ready. Review goes faster.
2. Sign Documents
Right after you submit, we email:
- Terms of Service (the publisher agreement)
- Billing / tax forms: a W-9, or a W-8 if you're not a U.S. entity
Send them back signed so the application can move.
3. Acceptance Decision
We look for:
- Real, U.S.-based job-seeker traffic
- At least 6 months of traffic history
- Sites that meet our quality and brand standards
- Sources that don't run on incentivized clicks, bots, or misleading placements
You'll get an onboarding email or a rejection.
4. Onboarding
If you're in:
- A Publisher Dashboard login invite
- Search API credentials
- An affiliate link
