How to Apply
The Talroo Publisher Program is invitation-light but evaluated. We accept publishers who can send quality U.S. job-seeker traffic that converts. The application process below applies to all integration types — API, XML, widget, and affiliate link.
The 4 Steps
1. Submit the application form
Start at talroo.com/publish and tell us about your site, audience, and traffic sources. The form takes a few minutes.
Have your traffic numbers, top referral sources, and example landing pages ready when you apply. It speeds up review.
2. Sign documents
Immediately after the form is filled out, the publisher team automatically sends these documents to your email:
- Terms of Service — the publisher agreement
- Billing / payment forms — including a W-9 (or W-8 for non-U.S. entities) and your preferred payout method
Return the signed documents to keep your application moving.
3. Acceptance decision
Talroo reviews each application. We're looking for:
- Real, U.S.-based job-seeker traffic
- Sites that align with our quality and brand standards
- Sources that don't rely on incentivized clicks, bots, or misleading placements
You'll either receive an onboarding email or a rejection email.
4. Onboarding
Accepted publishers receive:
- A Publisher Dashboard login — for analytics, configuration, T-value reports, and Quality Score
- Search API credentials (
id+pass) — usable with the Search API - An affiliate link — your tracked URL into Jobs2Careers for outbound traffic
