Managing Users
Use the Users section in TAP to give your teammates access, assign roles, and handle account hygiene like 2FA resets and disabling departing users. Open Users from the left navigation.
The User List

Users are grouped into Enabled and Disabled sections. Click any user to open their profile.
Roles
| Role | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Publisher Admin | Full access — view analytics, configure feeds, and manage users |
| Publisher User | View analytics and feed configuration; cannot add or remove users |
Adding a User
Click + Add new user at the top right of the user list.

Enter:
- Name — how the person will appear in the user list
- Email — Talroo will send an invitation here
- Role —
Publisher UserorPublisher Admin
Hit Add. The new user receives an invitation email, and will be prompted to create a new password on first login.
The User Profile
Click a user in the list to open their profile.

You can:
- Edit profile information — Name, Email, Phone, Role
- Disable the user — they keep showing up under Disabled but can't log in. Use this when someone leaves the team, you can Delete the user after disabling them.
- Resend invitation — useful if the original email was missed or the link expired
- Reset 2FA — clears their second-factor enrollment so they can re-enroll on next login. Useful when someone loses their phone or authenticator app.
